Probably best to delete or cross out these items once they're fixed.

Crewcab where is your avatar saved?
please send the code so we can track the page of the database that it corresponds too.

mine and Micks work probably because we have the pics stored on the server.

Mine was also uploaded to the Server .......... in 2006 if I recall,  ............ year of the Euro challenge?

I just tried uploading another copy and got the error message .............

Database Error
Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.

I also got the "Timeout" mesage again whilst trying to send this reply, after that the draft was locked (couldn't edit it), had to log out and back in to free things up.

The avatars are all there, but the time it is taking the php software to download everything it times out and just gives a red x.
Thus by the end of next week this may well be a distant memory!!!

Ray you are absolutely correct
Gaz you are not talking dogga

We have a combin ation of problems. The forum database got mangled big style and is having to be worked on page by page, hence you may find an error message on some of the pages. Combine this with the fact that our server provider seems to have vanished and not able to fix the problems with the server, it results in very very slow performance.

The solution is that we are currently making a brand new site on a new server. Hopefully this will be done during the next week and go live sometime over the weekend.

Thus please be patient, normal service will be resumed soon!!!!!

Cheers,

BB...

Sorry but "Luck" shouldn't be a factor, however glad we had a recent one.
